Changing Benefit Workflows for Multiple Employees
Use the Bulk Launch Benefit Workflow form to launch benefit workflows for multiple employees at a time.
To access this form and change benefit workflows for multiple employees:

| 2. | From Operations|Action, select Bulk Launch Benefit Workflow. Or, from Work Centers, select Benefit Enrollment Maintenance|Bulk Change Tools|Bulk Launch Benefit Workflow. |
| 3. | Select one or more pre-filter options (optional). You can specify Client(s), Employment Type(s), and Employment Status. |
| 4. | Click Continue to complete pre-filtering. The main Bulk Launch Benefit Workflow form displays. |
Note: The form is also available in the Benefit Enrollment Maintenance work center under Bulk Change Tools > Bulk Launch Workflows.
| 5. | Select one or more employees from the list by clicking the check box next to their names. The employees must be in the same benefit group. |
| 6. | You can narrow the displayed items by filtering or searching for specific items using these column headings: |

Client ID |
The unique identifier for the client. Click the link to open a multi-select search modal. |

Employee ID |
The unique identifier for the employee. |
|
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
|
Hire Date |
Date the employee was hired (from - through) |
|
Employer Start Date |
The date the employee started with this employer. |

Benefit Group |
The benefit group the employee is assigned to. |
|
Employment Status |
A text string describing an employment status. For example, A for active. This value is defined on the Employee Statuses form. |

Employment Type |
A text string describing the employment type. For example, FT for full-time. This value is defined on the Employee Types form. |
|
Active Workflow |
Displays an existing workflow ID. Search for an ID or select it from the drop-down. If there is no existing workflow, select None. |

Enrollment Type |
Displays the type of enrollment. Search for an enrollment type or select it from the drop-down. If left blank, it displays all enrollment types. Options are Benefit Enrollment (BE), Anytime Enrollment (AE), Life Event (LE), or OE (Open Enrollment). |
| 7. | Click Launch Benefit Enrollment to open the Active Workflows(s) Detected form. |

| 8. | Click Continue. The Review Workflows form opens. |
| 9. | Review the results. You can change Workflow, Effective Date, Start Date, and End Date. |
| 10. | Make changes as needed, then click Continue. The Bulk Workflow Results form displays. |
