Maintaining the HSA PEO Match

The HSA PEO Match form establishes the HSA match amounts paid by the PEO for each medical plan type offered in a specified year. Use this form when the PEO (and not the client) provides an HSA match. The system prorates annual amounts if someone is enrolled mid-year.

To do this, you must add the custom feature code of HSAPEOMATCH to the custom feature codes list. Also, the client needs to check HSA G/L Accounts and add the credit/debit accounts for the HSA PEO Match.

The amount of the PEO match can be overridden on the flexible spending accounts record.

Note:  This form does not use Client Access Group security.

To maintain the HSA PEO match:

1. Click Back Office > System|Change > HSA PEO Match.
2. Enter the 4-digit calendar year for the match amount.
3. Select the Plan and Plan Type. See Selecting Data
4. In Match Amt, enter the match amount paid by the PEO for the specified plan and year.
5. If necessary, add another Plan, Plan Type, and Match Amt.
6. Click Save.
