Entering School District Codes

You can enter school district codes and names with the School District Names form. This information appears on School Tax Detail and Summary Reports. It can also appear on check stubs when state and school districts are defined.

Note:  This form does not use Client Access Group Security.

To enter school district codes:

1. Click Back Office .
2. From System|Change, click School District Names. The School District Names form opens.
3. Click + to add a new row.
4. Enter a School District Code and School District Name.
5. Click Save.
