Creating Custom HR Approval Roles

Create custom HR approval roles for Account Management (Service Providers) or HR Role (Worksite Managers/Trusted Advisors) with the Custom HR Approval Roles form.

To create a custom approval role:

1. Click and select Custom HR Approval Roles under System|Change.
2. Create a Role ID and enter a Description.

Custom approval roles are available on the Approval Policies form and the Global Approval Policies form, where you can add the custom A/M Role or HR Role to the appropriate Approval Type. Once you create a new custom HR approval role, you must assign it to a user.

3. Click Save.
