Scheduling Payroll Reminders

You can use the Payroll Reminders panel in the Notification Control Panel form to schedule payroll reminders for worksite advisors and worksite trusted advisors if the payroll is still in timesheet entry status as the payroll's completion date gets closer to the cutoff date. For example, if the payroll will no longer be available to worksite advisors and worksite trusted advisors as of 4/15/2024 and it is not completed, the system sends a reminder to those users on 4/13/2024 that payroll is almost due.

Note: This feature is only available for service providers.

To schedule a payroll reminder:

1. Click (Back Office).
2. From Operations|Action, select Notification Control Panel. The Notification Control Panel form displays.
3. In the Payroll Reminders panel, enter the number of hours before the payroll cutoff date and time to send the reminder in the Payroll Reminder Timing field.
4. Click Save.

To the right of the Payroll Reminder Timing field a display-only process status displays, which matches the same control number that displays in the BE Notify panel. (See Using the Notification Control Panel (Benefits Enrollment).)

In addition, the display-only Last Run Date/Time field displays the last date and time the process ran.
